We comply with all federal, state, and local tobacco laws, including the PACT Act, and reserve the right to verify your age and identity using a third-party age-verification service.

We may limit or cancel orders placed under the same account, card, or address if deemed suspicious or in violation of law.

SECTION 7 – AGE VERIFICATION & SHIPMENTS
All tobacco orders require age verification and an adult signature (21+) upon delivery.
We comply with the PACT Act and do not ship to jurisdictions that prohibit cigar shipments.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to age-verification failure or restricted destination, it will be cancelled and refunded.

We may provide access to third-party tools or link to external sites.
These are offered “as is” without warranty or endorsement. You use them at your own risk.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or tools.
SECTION 9 – USER COMMENTS AND SUBMISSIONS
By submitting comments, feedback, ideas, or other materials (“Comments”), you grant Garrison Cigar a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, edit, and distribute such Comments for any purpose.
You agree your Comments will not infringe on third-party rights or contain unlawful, defamatory, or obscene material.
We may remove any content deemed objectionable at our discretion.

You may terminate by ceasing to use the site.
If we believe you have violated these Terms, we may terminate your access without notice.
SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Garrison Cigar and supersede all prior communications.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Denton County, Texas.

Garrison Cigar Rewards Program Terms

The Garrison Cigar Rewards Program (“Rewards Program”) is a free promotional loyalty program offered by Leaf & Dram LLC d/b/a Garrison Cigar (“Garrison Cigar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By earning or redeeming rewards points, you agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
Participants must be at least 21 years old and maintain a valid Garrison Cigar customer account. Rewards points cannot be earned or redeemed through guest checkout unless otherwise expressly permitted.
Only one Rewards Program account is permitted per person. Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their login credentials.
2. Earning points
Points may be earned through eligible purchases, promotions, reviews, referrals, or other qualifying activities identified by Garrison Cigar. The applicable earning rate and any product, brand, order, or promotional exclusions will be displayed on the website or communicated as part of the applicable offer.
Purchase-related points are generally added after an order reaches an eligible processing or completed status. Points may not be awarded on canceled, declined, fraudulent, fully refunded, or otherwise ineligible transactions.
Points earned through promotions, reviews, referrals, or similar activities may be subject to additional conditions and verification. Garrison Cigar may reject or reverse points associated with duplicate, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise ineligible activity.
3. Point value and redemption
At the current standard redemption rate, one point is worth $0.06 toward an eligible purchase, equivalent to $6.00 for every 100 points redeemed. Points may only be redeemed through the participating customer’s account and through the redemption options provided on the website.
Points:
Have no cash value;
Cannot be exchanged for cash;
Cannot be sold, transferred, combined between accounts, or assigned to another person;
Cannot be used to purchase gift cards unless expressly permitted;
Cannot be applied toward shipping charges, sales tax, or other non-merchandise charges; and
May be subject to product, brand, promotion, minimum-purchase, or other eligibility restrictions.
The available redemption amount shown during checkout controls for that transaction.
4. Combined points and coupon limit
Rewards points may be used with eligible coupon codes unless the terms of a particular coupon or promotion state otherwise.
The combined value of all rewards-point discounts and coupon-code discounts may not exceed 25% of the order’s merchandise subtotal before discounts, shipping, and sales tax.
For example, if an eligible merchandise subtotal is $200, the combined value of all coupon and points discounts cannot exceed $50. If a coupon already provides a $40 discount, no more than $10 in rewards points may be applied.
The website will calculate the maximum number of points available for redemption based on the cart’s current merchandise subtotal and any coupons already applied. Adding or removing products, changing quantities, or applying another coupon may change the number of points that can be used.
Certain coupons may prohibit combination with points or other discounts entirely. Coupon-specific exclusions and lower limits continue to apply.
5. Point expiration
A participant’s entire unused points balance expires after 180 consecutive days—approximately six months—without qualifying points activity.
Qualifying points activity generally includes earning or redeeming points through the participant’s account. When qualifying activity occurs, the 180-day inactivity period restarts.
Once expired, points are removed from the account and cannot be redeemed. Expired points will not ordinarily be reinstated, except when Garrison Cigar determines that expiration resulted from a technical or administrative error. Any expiration reminder is provided as a courtesy, and failure to receive a reminder does not prevent points from expiring.
6. Returns, refunds, cancellations, and adjustments
Points earned from an order may be deducted or reversed if the order or any portion of it is canceled, returned, refunded, charged back, disputed, or determined to be fraudulent or ineligible.
If rewards points were used on a returned or canceled purchase, any restoration of those points will be determined according to the circumstances of the transaction and Garrison Cigar’s then-current policies. Cash refunds will not be issued for the value of redeemed points.
Garrison Cigar may correct a points balance at any time to address processing errors, duplicate awards, reversed transactions, abuse, or other inaccurate account activity.
7. Program changes
The Rewards Program is promotional and is not a gift card, stored-value account, bank account, or property account.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Garrison Cigar reserves the right to change, suspend, restrict, or terminate the Rewards Program or any of its terms at any time. This includes, without limitation, changes to:
Point earning rates;
Point redemption values;
Expiration periods;
Eligible products, purchases, or activities;
Coupon and points-combination rules;
Maximum or minimum redemption amounts; and
Any other Rewards Program benefit, limitation, or requirement.
Material changes will be posted on the website or otherwise communicated when reasonably appropriate. Changes may affect points already accumulated to the extent permitted by law.
Continued participation after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Account suspension and termination
Garrison Cigar may suspend or terminate a participant’s Rewards Program account and cancel accumulated points when it reasonably believes the participant has engaged in fraud, abuse, manipulation, unauthorized account sharing, multiple-account activity, resale of points, violation of these terms, or conduct harmful to Garrison Cigar or the Rewards Program.
If a participant voluntarily closes an account or the account is terminated for a violation, any unused points may be forfeited.
9. Technical availability
Rewards Program access and redemption are subject to website and system availability. Garrison Cigar does not guarantee uninterrupted access to points balances or redemption features.
Displayed balances and calculations may be corrected when they result from technical, administrative, or calculation errors. In the event of a discrepancy, Garrison Cigar’s transaction records will control, subject to applicable law.
