1. Shipping Restrictions
We comply with all applicable federal and state tobacco laws, including the PACT Act.
We ship only within the United States and cannot ship cigars or tobacco to jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law (e.g., South Dakota, Utah, Maine, Hawaii, and others).
We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate shipping restrictions or fail age verification.
2. Age Verification & Adult Signature
Federal law requires all tobacco shipments to be received by an adult aged 21 or older.

Orders may be delayed if age verification cannot be completed.

We use third-party age verification tools to confirm eligibility before shipment.
3. Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received and age verification is complete.
Delivery times depend on your location and carrier selection (usually 3–7 business days).
You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
4. Shipping Carriers & Costs
We primarily ship via UPS or USPS, depending on your location.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, distance, and delivery method.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Garrison Cigar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please ensure your delivery address is secure and accessible for adult signature.
If a shipment is lost in transit, contact us within 3 business days so we can assist with a carrier claim.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to federal tobacco regulations, tobacco products cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.
We may, at our discretion, issue refunds or replacements in the following cases:

Failed delivery due to our error

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

We will replace or refund as appropriate once verified.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting us immediately.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
