The Crowned Heads Blood Medicine B-Positive is a limited-edition extension of the Blood Medicine line, created to push the original blend into darker and more powerful territory. It replaces the standard Blood Medicine’s Ecuadorian Habano wrapper with a Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper, while keeping the same internal blend of Ecuadorian Connecticut-seed binder and Nicaraguan fillers. The cigar is produced at Eradio Pichardo’s TacaNicsa factory in Nicaragua, also associated with the D’Hatuey Tabacos S.A. name.

Fuller and richer than the original Blood Medicine, B-Positive delivers a bold profile built around dark cocoa, espresso, leather, earth, pepper, and savory spice. The 2025 version debuted as a 6 x 52 Toro, while the 2026 release expanded into multiple limited vitolas, each produced in small quantities. For smokers who enjoy Crowned Heads’ storytelling but want a deeper, more intense expression, Blood Medicine B-Positive is the stronger, darker side of the line.
