The Serino Taíno Heritage is a collaboration between the Serino family and legendary Dominican cigar maker José “Jochy” Blanco, produced at Tabacalera Palma in Santiago, Dominican Republic. Created as an extension of the original Nicaraguan Taíno line, the Heritage shifts the focus to Dominican tobacco in honor of the Taíno people who once inhabited Hispaniola. The blend features an Ecuadorian Habano 2000 wrapper (later finalized as an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper during production), a Dominican binder, and a filler blend centered around five-year-aged Dominican Criollo ’98, Piloto Cubano, and Olor tobaccos, complemented by a portion of Nicaraguan Criollo ’98 for additional body and complexity.

Medium-to-full in body, the Taíno Heritage delivers a rich and textured profile with notes of wildflower honey, almond, oak, leather, cocoa, and smoked white pepper. A creamy mouthfeel carries the blend from start to finish, while the aged Dominican tobaccos contribute depth, sweetness, and refinement. Elegant yet substantial, the Taíno Heritage showcases the richness of Dominican tobacco through the lens of one of the country’s most respected factories and blenders.
